Is there a way to use ipod touch to paint on windows paint?

like is there a app or something that will allow me to use my ipod touch and connect to my laptop to use it as a ';virtual peice of paper';


since its hard to draw with a mouse





please explain

Is there one? Most likely not. Could one be written? Yes. (But it wouldn't be trivial - buying a drawing pad would be a lot cheaper.)
