How do i get back paint on my windows xp comp?

my sister accidently deleted paint on my comp (windows xp service pack 3 if taht helps any) accidently i dont know just is deleted and i have no clue on how to get it back =/ anyone got any idea?How do i get back paint on my windows xp comp?
