How do i paint model car windows?

ok so iv converted a 1969 dodge super bee onto a rc car chassis but the windows for the actually rc shells are black and the model windows are clear. can i just paint on to them or should i wet sand the whole of the windows, primer then paint black?How do i paint model car windows?

If you want them opaque (can't see through them), a couple of coats of black painted from the inside of the windows will do the trick. Just give the inside surfaces a light sanding, mask the outside, and spray or airbrush away for a consistent coat. Since the outside surface of the windows will be left untouched, it will have a glossy finish.How do i paint model car windows?
you definitely need primer on those windows
