How can I trace/outline an image on Windows Paint?

I want to trace the silhouette of an image (from google).

No, because windows paint is extremely basic (short of just painting over the outline - which is very inaccurate even with a tablet. You would then have to paint out all the background once the outline is done).





You will really need something better, either some professional software such as Coreldraw, Illustrator or you can try same fairly simple but effective software such as Intocartoon Pro which will autotrace outlines fairly effectively.
