OK Heres the problem: I need to change the color of image (black and white) and I need to get blue color instead of black all over the image. Can I do it using Microsoft Windows Paint? I use Vista. How do I change colors in Microsoft Windows Paint?
1. open your picture

2. open another paint document

3. on the new document, on the toolbar right click the black color box

4. on the menubar click image and then click Draw Opaque on the drop down menu

5. resize the new document to be smaller than you image (easiest to just make it 1x1 pixel either my image-%26gt;attributes or by the risize boxes)

6. copy and paste your image into the new document

no you can't. you need a different program. unless you want to use the zoom and sit there and color each pixel blue manually.
