How do I get the paint off my windows?

I just moved into a new apartment and clearly the people who painted my apartment aren't very neat because they got paint around alllllll the edges of allllll the windows and theres 7 windows total. It looks digustingly terrible and I need to get the paint off before I put my drapes up. Anybody have any ideas??? Please help!!How do I get the paint off my windows?
If it is latex paint then Windex should do the trick. Or a scraper would work also. How do I get the paint off my windows?
You can buy a razor with a holder at like menards or home depot. Look in the paint department. it doesn't ruin your windows if you angle it right and it is not harmful to you and your family. Just make sure an adult does it and not a small child. :)
Go into Lowe's or Home Depot. The single edged razor is what your looking for. You will find it behind the paint desk near the glue section. Cost will be around $1.29.

Once you start using the razor you will see how intuitive is use is. Simple fast %26amp; easy.

Gently (this is not hard work--the razor blade will do the work for you) push the blade into the paint on the window (which must remain wet) and watch the paint peel off easily, either all at once, or in layers as the blade peels paint off.
it's easier to use paint thinner first, but use a putty knife and sandpaper, to scrape all the old paint off. but as i said before, applying paint thinner first, makes it much easier to take off, but you will need to apply paint or some sort of finish
Use a little kerosene on a rough cloth and rub that area, I promise you it will All come off, and yes DO NOT FORGET to wash those parts with soap afterwards, we don't want a fire problem ;)
Go to the hardware store and tell them you need some razor blades. You can use the to scrape the paint off, scrape towards the sill for safety.
scraping it might dent the window, use nail polish remover, but don't let it drip off the window!!!
i would go to like home depot or what ever store sells paints near you and tell them the situation and they should have something for you to use
Use paint stripper.
a razor blade or nail polish remover is supposed to work really good
Yup, razor blade, or paint thinner.
Use a straight razor blade.
A rasor and plenty of elbow grease. That's a proven method.
