How do I put more than one image into the Paint program on Windows?

I know that you can open an image with the program: Paint (on Windows) but can you open MORE than one image into that same program together? So, I can draw and color on BOTH images? I'm pretty sure you can as long as the second image is smaller then the one you are trying to put it on too,
