i bought a tub of paste out of the big w ( woolworths ) its called spotless its brillant it took of the paint on my pvc it also brings up cookers ect like new, its great stuff and lasts a lifetime
All you need is a good Trade strength UPVC cleaner and a bit of elbow grease.If you have taken chunks out of the window with a scraper,the windows are cheap ones anyway !!!!
Seems like yet another good use for an old bank card. You can also 'tidy' the remaining scratches with T-Cut ( from car accesory shop used for getting dull paint to shine.)
throw an ordinary housebrick through each of the affected windows........hey presto,problem solved.
Call a paint store and ask them for some suggestions.
