How do you get the drawing toolbar for microsoft works windows vista? not the paint one either?

I can not get the drawing toolbar in vista, is there anyway to get it (not the paint one) do i have to have any upgrades, because i will gladly download them.How do you get the drawing toolbar for microsoft works windows vista? not the paint one either?
Compared to Office, Works is a basic package and this goes for whichever program in Works you are using. As such it does not therefore have its own Drawing toolbar as in Office. If you want to draw a shape you either have to create it in another program and paste it in or if it is just a rectangle you want - no choice - up to insert on the menu bar down to tex box or as you know, insert drawing which takes you to the drawing program which in effect is Paint. So if you are going to use drawing objects you need to upgrade to Office or if you are not prepared to pay for the best, then OpenOffice free download.
