You can get it in any garden centre. They sell it in sachets to mix with water to white out the windows of your greenhouse to block out the sunlight if it's too strong. Windowlene - you rub it on and it dries white.
My mum used to use this to clean her windows but when we decorated she just left it on to obscure the view.
You can buy it on ebay - windowlene original creme.
