Is it illegal to draw on other people's cars with them knowing / being aware that it is a joke? Nobody is drawing anything offensive at all. Just funny pictures. And the paint is washable. It happens in parking lots at public places. So is it illegal?Is drawing on cars windows with window paint illegal?
yes actually believe it or not it is illegal because it isn't yout property and is an obsitcle that the driver has to deal with while driving the car at least i know that it is in new york and it happened at my school and the cops were called and tickets were given out for messing with outher peoples property
