How do you remove hardwater spots from car windows and paint?

It was recommended to use MX-7. Does anyone have experience with this and/or know where to get it?How do you remove hardwater spots from car windows and paint?
I am not familiar with MX-7.

Just use a good glass cleaner like 3M on the windows. Use a clay bar on the paint. It will act as an eraser and remove all surface contaiminents. You won't believe how much smoother the painted surface will feel. How do you remove hardwater spots from car windows and paint?
Just wash it, then dry it with a chamois or even a terry cloth towell to remove the hardwater spots. Your car will look better if you wax it.

For glass, a product called ';invisible glass'; will clean it extremley well with no streaks or spots.
wash it and dry it right after has been working for years and any good wax after doing it has for windows just clean with windex and a paper towel
2 parts vinegar to 1 part water it worked for me
