somebody accidently removed it from my hard drive, its knowhere to be found. ive even been to microsoft download center and found other programs for free but nothing compares.I need to find out if microsoft windows paint program is available to download off the internet?

You should try Paint .NET its a program that is a great replacement to Microsoft Paint.
