Paint and Windows movie maker is all I have because I do not want to have viruses and have taken up space from downloading other things.
Maybe I can download some sound effects though.

you havent stated what your going to make a video of. A gaming vid or what. If your gonna make a video of gaming get fraps then use WMM to edit it. Paint has no use with videos, only handy for screen shots if you dont have any other software. Give more details in what your trying to do.

WIth it, you can make good videos by adding transtions, text description, illustration, background music and so on.
