I want to make an area lighter than the rest but don't know how or if I can?In regular Paint on Windows, how do you make a specific area a shade lighter than the rest?
You can't, MS Paint doesn't have any tools for that sort of thing, a version which did was going around a year or so ago which was suppose to be designed for Vista but it never was released past Beta.
